The Commodores Orchestra
Canada's longest continuously-operated big swing band, The Commodores Orchestra, had its start in 1928. Ninety-two years later, the band is still in steady demand for concerts, festivals, dances, and theatre shows…an iconic mainstay in the cultural life of east-Central Ontario. This dynamic 17-piece ensemble combines classic arrangements with a fresh approach to some of the best known songs of the twentieth century.
